To make a booking, you will need to provide certain details, including your name, contact information (address, telephone number, and email), and your year of birth (minimum age: 18).
When you place an order, information such as rental period, parking type, and booking history will also be stored.

Your data is kept for as long as you maintain an active user account. You may log in to your account at any time to review or update your details. If you no longer wish to use our service, you may request removal of your personal data. Please note that this will deactivate your account, and you will need to re-register to use the service again.

2. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties. All bookings are processed through our secure system, operated by [Company Name].

3. Payment Information

Payments are handled securely via our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI-certified and processes payment data in accordance with industry standards.

We may store transaction records related to your bookings (e.g. changes, cancellations, deposits, or additional charges). However, full card details are only stored by Stripe. Transaction history remains in our system as long as your account is active.

4. Use of Data

We use the information collected to:

• Process your bookings and provide the requested service.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, or additional charges.
• Improve our services and prevent misuse or fraud.

This may include both the information you provide and technical data collected automatically (e.g. browser version, device type, IP address, and usage patterns).

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. Cookies allow us to:

• Remember your booking details and preferences.
• Display relevant information and pricing.
• Track availability of parking spaces in real time.

We may also use server logs and analytical tools to collect technical data such as operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This information may be used in anonymous statistics, or in some cases linked to your user account, to optimize how the service is displayed on your device.

 

Fair Use, Vehicle Use and Booking Changes

We believe in fair and reasonable use of our parking services and ask all customers to use the service in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1. Private Use of Vehicle

The vehicle must be used for private purposes only. Vehicles may not be used for rental, car-sharing, taxi, ride-hailing, or any other commercial purpose unless expressly agreed with us in advance.

2. Collection of the Vehicle

The customer may authorise a family member to collect or pick up the vehicle on their behalf. The authorised person may be required to provide reasonable identification and/or confirmation of the booking.

3. Bookings Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

For bookings made less than 24 hours before the requested arrival or drop-off time, a €20 short-notice booking fee will apply.

4. Fair Use

We reserve the right to take reasonable action where our services are used in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service. We aim to apply these terms fairly and reasonably to all customers.
